Via is a $5 (in pre-paid mode) shared-ride service that will take you from point A to point B in New York as long as you stay between 14th and 110th Street. You read correctly: $5 to go from Chelsea Market to the Guggenheim Museum comfortably seated in the back of a big black SUV.
