This is the tailor-made concept of Insomnia Cookies. Originally launched by an MBA student at Wharton for students cramming late at night for exams, the concept has been wildly successful. Insomnia Cookies had opened more than 50 stores on the East Coast of the United States. There are three shops in NY delivering until 3am (East Village, Greenwich Village and Columbia).
